Ronald McDonald House Stamp set: Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop

Hello Welcome to the Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog hop. There are 20 of us from around the world so be sure to follow along to see everyone's projects. You should have just come from Holly's blog. Great stuff!!

This month we are focusing on the Ronald McDonald charity stamp set. Stampin' Up! donates time and money to Ronald McDonald House Charities. When purchasing this set, Stampin' Up! donates a portion of the proceeds to RMHC. How great is that. Not only do you get a fun set to play with but you also help a great cause.

I decided to focus on using the jar and those cute strawberries!!  I stamped the strawberries on Real Red cardstock and Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. Then I fussy cut those strawberry stems. It wasn't too bad to cut them out and it really makes those strawberries stand out! And don't forget the jar in this set coordinates with the Everyday Jar Framelits.

To get the background on the Pool Party cardstock. I stamped the jar lid several times in Pool Party ink.

Looking at it like this, it doesn't look super pretty but that center portion will be covered by your jar so all you will see is a nice texture to the cardstock. Fun right!?

I also added some texture to the Crumb Cake cardstock by running it through the Pinewood Planks embossing folder. LOVE this folder!! I finished off the card with one of the sentiments stamped on Lemon Lime Twist cardstock, some Pool Party Baker's twine and a couple of Glitter Enamel dots.

Thanks for stopping by and I this inspires you to pick up this lovely set.
