Autism Awareness Blog Hop

Hello everyone! April is Autism Awareness Month and my Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Friends and I are having this blog hop to bring awareness and support to Autism. I am excited to be participating in my first ever blog hop to support Autism Awareness.

My cards feature the Magical Day stamp set. I love this set and thought it would be a great set to work with for cards for children. I wanted to make some special cards that you could give to an autistic child for a birthday or just because to let them know they are one of kind and how that is a wonderful thing.

I have a couple of acquaintances that have children with autism. But I do not have too much knowledge on the subject so I took this as an opportunity to do some research on it and try to raise awareness. As I was researching to learn more about autism, I recently saw that Sesame Place is the first theme park ever that is A Certified Autism Center. The staff will be specially trained to help with special needs children. They also provide quiet rooms, low sensory areas as well as low sensory areas to watch the parade and several other resources to make a wonderful experience for the children. Sesame Place is local to me and my kids love it there so to know they are working to make it a great experience for all children is fantastic. I find it wonderful that they are many places out there working to make greater experiences for autistic children.

For some details on the cards. I decided to make watercolor backgrounds in some fun and bright colors. To create the backgrounds I used a mix of ink and Brushos along with my Aqua Painter. The images were colored with Stampin' Blends, my favorite coloring tool!

If you are so inclined, please think about donating to the Organization for Autism Research. Any little bit can help.

Thank you for stopping by and be sure to go through the blog hop to see everyone's creations and stories about autism.

  12. Irrespective of receiving daily oral or future injectable depot therapies, these require health care visits for medication and monitoring of safety and response. If patients are treated early enough, before a lot of immune system damage has occurred, life expectancy is close to normal, as long as they remain on successful treatment. However, when patients stop therapy, virus rebounds to high levels in most patients, sometimes associated with severe illness because i have gone through this and even an increased risk of death. The aim of “cure”is ongoing but i still do believe my government made millions of ARV drugs instead of finding a cure. for ongoing therapy and monitoring. ARV alone cannot cure HIV as among the cells that are infected are very long-living CD4 memory cells and possibly other cells that act as long-term reservoirs. HIV can hide in these cells without being detected by the body’s immune system. Therefore even when ART completely blocks subsequent rounds of infection of cells, reservoirs that have been infected before therapy initiation persist and from these reservoirs HIV rebounds if therapy is stopped. “Cure” could either mean an eradication cure, which means to completely rid the body of reservoir virus or a functional HIV cure, where HIV may remain in reservoir cells but rebound to high levels is prevented after therapy interruption.Dr Itua Herbal Medicine makes me believes there is a hope for people suffering from,Parkinson's disease,Schizophrenia,Lung Cancer,Breast Cancer,Colo-Rectal Cancer,Blood Cancer,Prostate Cancer, siva.Fatal Familial Insomnia Factor V Leiden Mutation ,Epilepsy Dupuytren's disease,Desmoplastic small-round-cell tumor Diabetes ,Coeliac disease,Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease,Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy, Ataxia,Arthritis,Amyotrophic Lateral Scoliosis,Fibromyalgia,Fluoroquinolone Toxicity
